NEW FLASH! C has been chosen to be one of the teacher sponsors for one of the summer sport camps. Unfortunately, the camp is not held in our city--nor country. C will be flying off to Portugal for two weeks with a motley crew of 7th grade boys for soccer or futbol camp. This will be a fantastic chance for him to get to know his incoming students as well as their coaches. We have several weeks before his departure, but there is much to be done!
Thoughts:
--preparation for finals before departure (reviews, tests, projects, grades, etc)
--time with Father to be expanded and deepened
--strong foundation to be laid with teachers, coaches, and students
